Pulmonary tuberculosis Associated with Aspergillosis

Abstract

|
In Korea Aspergillosis is a very rare lesion, and has not often been reported. We wish to report a case in conjunction with pulmonary tuberculosis. This case was brought to surgery with a diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis only, and aspergillosis was discovered by the pathologist in the resected right upper lobe. The patient made an uneventfull recovey from surgery, and is now resting at home. The treatment of pulmonary aspergillosis, and the disease in general are discussed.
